Outdoor group training is a fun way to get fitter, have fun and extend your network of friends. I have created a new concept of bootcamp style group training in the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis.

Together we focus on all elements of fitness from functional movement, fatloss, nutrition and mobility to ensure we move well, make the most out of our workouts, have fun and get the best results.

You can join us for 2 sessions a week for 45 euros a month


This includes:

  • 4 coached training sessions (2 days) a week.

  • Choice of morning or evening class times.

  • Bodyweight workouts to be completed at home without the need for equipment.
